Trekking. There are several signposted walks and treks in Pedersöre, e.g. the Seven Lakes Trek at Lappfors (21/15 km), Lostenen Trek at Överpurmo (16 km), and Fagerbacka Trek at Nederpurmo (14 km). Fishing. The Esse River with its clean waters and restored rapids provides a good chance of catching grayling and trout, and also big pikes. Good angling spots.
